This place is filthy and in desperate need of a deep cleaning & face lift. The home is in a state of disrepair, and unfit for rental. Shockingly, the owner feels the home is suitable to rent. The photos posted are professional & edited, giving a more clean & welcoming appearance. In reality the space is dark, tired, damaged & dirty.Some of the items (see pics):- The kitchen and bathroom ceilings are literally falling in from water damage (not shown in their pictures).- Light fixtures are dirty, full of dead bugs or not working.- Broken plastic dusty blinds on the windows that were so covered with grime you could hardly see out of them. - Floors still dirty on our arrival. - Stinking garbage still sitting in the cupboard from previous renters, that the cleaners had neglected to take out. - Cupboard under the sink was so filthy, it appeared to have never been cleaned, and a cigarette butt was found. - The kitchen advertised as “fully stocked” contained only a few utensils & old broken kitchen tools, most of them dirty. - There was no laundry soap & no dishwasher tabs, so nothing could be washed. The property manager did provide the items the next day.-No coffee pot.- Stained sheets on the bed. - Advertise a fire pit in the back yard, but it’s not a welcoming space - see photo included. There’s a tossed out mattress thrown in the back yard next to the pit, amidst a yard in desperate need of attention. - Beer bottle cap on the front porch, garbage on the lawn.

So, this property is a low-end, dirty property in disrepair. I have many pictures to show paint peeling off of walls, old worn-out furniture, Beds without boxsprings, only old mattresses, and a yard you would not let a dog in. The yard was likely not cut or cared for for the entire summer. It was an awful experience. This provides an appalling reflection on VRBO, as who can trust what we, as consumers, are getting if this is represented as a luxury home rental?

Very clean, kids and pets friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Stayed the weekend. It was in a great location and perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable for the 4 of us.
